huwew!..At last!

huwew!..At last!...i'm still very tired, hungry, and
sleepy...my mind is not working
properly...cramming....i felt nervous, and i felt my
hands were numb...I'M GOING TO PRESENT WHAT WE HAVE
DONE IN THE PROJECT TO THE CLASS...huh!....and that
asking myself... "Why do my team mates chose me to
become the leader of this project?...huh!...really
hard!grgrgrgr....

I have realized then that this experience really did a
big & great part of my life...the success of the group
somehow reflects on the quality of the leader they
have...i learned new things & ideas from this
subject..really...open minded & considerate, learned
on how to manage the time, last but not least i gain
new friends & know them intimately...

Having Mr. Ruero as a teacher really made my life very
busy....hehehe...He has plenty of requirements and
activities to be done that everyone would think and
would say..."i'm gonna die for this"....hahahaha...but
in the end, you'll feel its really an
achievement...and its all worth it!...Hope this will
continue even for the next years to come....

I hope next time...this subject will be scheduled
early morning....probably this will end late in the
afternoon.....hehehe!!! PEACE!

HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!

IT OUTSOURCING

REACTION ON IT OUTSOURCING: FLEXIBILITY & CONTROL

According to Matthew Wons, Outsourcing is a process by which a company hires another company to perform a task that is currently handled internally. Any business process, usually a process that is not considered part of the core business of the company, can be outsourced.

Business establishments nowadays tend to think of other possible ways to provide the needs of their customers. This only entails that we belong to a fast changing, unpredictable and complex world wherein people or customers find their way to achieve and get what they want in an easy and in cheaper way.

However, in the business world, managers keep on searching such plans and strategies to minimize and or avoid breakdown that could lead to problems and disappointments. One of its failures is its underlying assumption: those managers can place big bets about their markets, future technologies and suppliers’ capabilities and motives with a great deal of certainty. Managers cannot predict how business conditions will change after a year or in many years. Company’s objective should be to maximize flexibility and control so that it can pursue different options as it learns more or as its circumstances change. The way to maximize both flexibility and control is to maximize competition.

Organizations should split the company into various groups with different services such as mainframe-computer maintenance, applications development, implementation of new technologies and network management. These are some of the ways to grow in IT industry and to create such competitive environment.

Organizations should always keep their mind updated and face the challenges of the fast changing world of IT. Their challenge is not just to keep up with market changes, but to anticipate them and stay ahead of competitors. Help your organization achieve a new level of efficiency simply by using network technology to improve operations and communications.

Lastly, Customers today expect fast, streamlined service. They want easy access to information and they want their needs addressed in real-time. Improve customer interactions while continuing to focus on price, product, and operational efficiencies.
